Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription plan. Please try our free plan before upgrading.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Fyzios.chat are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is activated, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused prompts or features
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses
  • Technical issues on user's device or internet connection

2. Free Plan Available

We strongly encourage all users to try our completely free Fyzios GO plan before upgrading. The free plan gives you access to core features so you can evaluate the platform before making any purchase decision.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be made
  • You retain access to your paid plan until the end of current billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining period

4. Exceptions

In rare cases of duplicate charges or technical billing errors, please contact us within 48 hours at support@fyzios.chat and we will investigate and resolve accordingly.
