By accessing or using Fyzios.chat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fyzios.chat is an educational tool for physiotherapy students and professionals. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content generated by Fyzios.chat is for informational and educational purposes only. It must not be used as a substitute for professional clinical judgement, direct patient assessment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or generated on this platform. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring prompts and uploaded content comply with applicable laws
• Not submitting real patient data or protected health information (PHI)
• Using the platform only for its intended educational and professional purposes

You must notify us immediately at support@fyzios.chat if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Fyzios.chat offers a free tier (FYZIOS GO) and paid subscription plans (FYZIOS PLUS and FYZIOS PRO). Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of a charge at support@fyzios.chat.

You may not use Fyzios.chat to:

• Submit or process real patient records or identifiable health information
• Generate content that is false, misleading, harmful, or defamatory
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the platform programmatically without authorisation
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All content, branding, software, and design elements of Fyzios.chat are the intellectual property of Fyzios and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

AI-generated responses are provided for your personal educational use. You retain no exclusive rights to AI-generated content, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyzios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
